I am in a competition and we are in our final week and I would like to know if there is way to lose weight FAST! just for this week!
so im on this diet. ive been on it for 2 months and im supposed to lose 2 pounds a week but I have only lost 1 pound so far and its not working at all. If you have any tips on how to drop weight fast they are greatly appreciated

I sift through this forum all the time and I am amazed how so many people have a "fat emergency". So many have to lose the weight now. Why does everyone have to lose wight so fast?
I go in tomorrow for blood work, urinalysis, and ECG. When my results come back I go in and speak with the doctor. I already know my BMI is 36 that means highly obese. But I am no sure if he will give me weight loss pills, even though it is a weight loss clinic. What kind of of weight loss pill could I expect to get? And about how much does a prescription cost?
Does anyone know where to purchases the medical weight loss clinic nutrients online instead of going to the clinic?

how can i lose body weight within 1 week, i want to tone my legs, arms stomach and face all within a week, I live in a mobile home in which my mobile home doesnt have stairs that i can run up and down, whenever i exercise i give up easily, i want to lose weight i KNOW i am overweight, how can i lose weight, to add to all of this I drink water everyday and lay off the junk food its not working what can i do?

My aunt got me a surprise prom dress, but it is about an inch to small. I have been running extra and eating insanely healthy for about two months, but nothing is budging!!! What are some "magic" foods that you can eat all the time in order to easily lose weight? (this is in addition to my regular exercise routine)

Being a vegetarian for over 10 years, I now need to lose some of the weight i've put on in this time. Unfortunatly I must be eating an unblalance diet as i see plenty diets but most are for meat eaters none for us veggies. Any ideas for a good healthy Vegitarian weight loss program ?

i am 17 years old. and weigh 143 pounds. it is my wish to weigh only 137 pounds. for the past three days i have been running three miles everyday. however the food i eat is very very very oily. it has lots of fat. i eat at least 4500 calories per day. i have been thinking of going on a fruit diet to lose weight. if anyone has any ideas please tell me. i need to lose six pounds in two weeks.

I'm an 17 yr. old girl who is 5'5" and 140 lbs., medium bone structure. I generally eat healthy (no soda, snacks, etc....) but have recently restarted a daily exercise routine (I stopped after a long vacation in the winter). I'm planning to swim 2x per week, take ballet lessons 2x per week and lift weights 1x per week (1 hr. each). Is it possible for me to lose 15 lbs. by the end of the summer? or is 140 lbs. a healthy weight for me?
Ok well in the last two days I've eaten less than 200 calories total & my scale [which is accurate .. I think ??] says I went from 110 lbs. to like 106-107!!! I am going on this same diet [under 200 cals. everyday] for 1 week in order to reach my goal weight of 97 lbs. Is this possible ?? I also go running everyday. Everyone says you lose weight very quickly right in the beginning of a diet .. so will this rapid-weight loss thing last long enough to get me to 97 lbs. ?? I have been a vegetarian for a bit more than two years now. For the past two years, I had also been gradually gaining weight. I packed more pounds this year after trying to go vegan and switching from milk to "almond milk". I went from weighing 150 to 180. I've managed to come down to 162. That was the only change to my diet and I managed to gain weight. Now I am off almond milk and pasta. I tried going back to milk but I started to get blemishes on my face. I'd like to know if anyone knows of a healthy and balanced ovo vegetarian diet that doesn't require additional supplements. I am exercising and trying to eat healthier; but I want to make sure I am going about it the right way.
I've been vegan for two years, and I've haven't had a problem with my weight. But when I quit smoking I blew up! I'm 135 at 5'8 (Doesn't sound big I know, but it's actually quite chunky on me. I have an extremely small frame and I look my best around 122) and I would like to lose about ten. Hey all, i remember when i was 17, i had a weird diet, consisted of: sushi butter chicken stir fry kebab on rice (meat and chicken with salad) hardly ate dinner... i lost a dress size in 1 month!! just wonderin if anyone knows why i lost that much weight.. i did eat some chocolat you know... if so, i would love to know, coz i needa lose weight again, and i m gettin sick of sushi and chickn! i know eating everything in moderation is best, lol it says so in Quran; lol just wondering why i lost soo much on a sushi-based diet->(food intake)

I'm currently enrolled in a fitness and nutrition program from which I will receive a diploma. I would like to use that to start a weight loss coaching center. What I'm wondering is if there are any certifications, licenses or hidden hurdles I need to be aware of while I'm still in the planning stages. I'm thinking legally I need to have something in place to protect myself from potential lawsuits. This is a new feild for me so any information is appreciated.

No fad/unusual diets. Education about nutrition Psychological counceling/group therapy/support group to deal with the emotional side of eating. Exercise components that can be tailored to an individual's fitness level and/or physical limitations. Meals are provided while there. Chance to learn about meal preparation/studying nutrition labels to fit your diet Reasonably priced - which would probably mean it isn't taking place at a "spa" or "resort". An eating disorder treatment place might be able to meet most of these criteria, but I think a lot of them just take place as an add-on to a drug/alcohol rehab center. So far the only places I've found that meet the criteria are Structure House and the Duke Diet and Fitness Center, both in Durham, North Carolina. Anyone have any thoughts?
